SHIPPING & ORDERING POLICY

We reserve the right to reject any order if we are unable to legally ship to that state or we are unable to verify the age of the purchaser (which for some states may require not only a date of birth but a driver's license number and/or a copy of your driver's license).

AGE VERIFICATION – By submitting your inquiry and/or order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient of this shipment are at least 21 years of age and are legally able to purchase wine. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years of age. It is a crime in most states to willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient. We will cooperate with the authorities to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law should you willfully misrepresent your age or the age of the recipient.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY – We use PayPal to process our online credit card payments through e-invoices. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. We do not maintain your credit card information. All wine shipments are prepaid.

SHIPPING POLICY – Terremoto Cellars ships wine through FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending upon destination and service selected. Wine is shipped out on the first Monday after the order is placed. Should Monday be a holiday, it will ship on the following Monday. This ensures that most orders when shipped ground will arrive at their destination by Friday. We also reserve the right to delay shipments to avoid extremes in temperatures.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY – At this point, Terremoto Cellars does not ship outside of the United States.

PRIVACY POLICY – We will not sell or share any information you submit through our web site.
